Actually, I believe the plan for the new pipeline is to bury it underground under like 12? 24? (can't remember) inches of concrete. I'm not saying it will stop them but it sure might slow them down a bit. LOL

Not sure who is new here on the board or not but "theft","bunkering", or whatever you want to call it has been ongoing and while we all hate it, it's unfortunately part of the deal operating where Mart does in Nigeria.

I agree with others here that getting the Shell line up asap has become even more important as AGIP appears to be doing a little "bunkering" themselves IMO. Just not sure if it's by opening the valve or by fudging the numbers. Even the news release says Mart is suspect of the numbers but let's face it AGIP has us over a barrel (pun intended).
