regarding the sustainability of the divi
First Mart waited a long time before announcing the divi to make sure that had
a lot of $ in the kitty - many of us went through that wait
Go to the web site and listen to the AGM (have the presentation in front of you as well)
Wade explains the sustainability tests they did before implmentation of the divi.
Lots of other good info if you listen closely.
