Joelou has it about right - baring an overall market drop that could take place for various international risks - the trend for this stock is your friend. How high can the SP go ?  All things being equal I believe the market will be comfortable with a dividend that comes out at between 8%  and 10% going forward - and this implies a near term SP from $2  - $2.50   -  probably by years end
