Even if we had the alternate pipeline...
Even if we had the alternate pipeline... we would still be without means to bring our Oil to market....Seems the trunk line to For cados is not ALL underground by the sound of this - hence subject to bunkering also....and forget bunkering by the bucket, they're trying it by the boat load - LOL! (well I know , not funny!)
