Does anybody know which brokerage firms allow margin on all stocks over $2.00?

BMO Investorline does in accordance with IIROC - but I will have to confirm if they do on stock listed on the Venture, that I am not sure as they have the discretionary ability not to do so even if supported by IIROC.
