Falling on NEMBE pipeline closure by shell.

I don't believe that MART is tying into this Shell Nembe pipeline, but what is to stop oil thieves from moving their taps over to the AGIP operated line that currently is losing about 13% to illegal taps according to some news on the internet.

Sympathetic reaction.   Unless Government helps IOC's put a stop to this... not good for all operators.
