Shell has signed off and waiting on Heritage and State to sign off. Wade also said there is NO RISK in it being signed and it is not smart to wait until agreement is signed to start the build because of the wwasted down time.
(sorry listening and typing so may be cryptic)
Also as for 2nd rig, Wade said there is no shortgae in rigs. They have 3 they are looking at that are capable of drilling the horizontal
