Conference Call

Finally had some time to listen to the CC.

Wade was very clear and calm in his remarks, and offered as much insight as he could.

One thing I did note is that he clarified one of the misconceptions that has been popping up time and time again about the pioneer status of the Umusadage field. It has been suggested that newly discovered oil-producing zones and/or wells could qualify for a new and seperate pioneer status. Wade made it very clear that is not the case. The pioneer status is for the whole field, and is only issued once.

It sounds like the tender for the second rig should come back before the end of June, and so if there is a rig available, Mart should be able to get that horizontal well drilled before the end of the year.

UMU-11 spud sounds imminent, so that should also get done in time to hook up to the new pipeline.

Wade also concurred with OER's comments on the Umugini pipeline.

Good questions from the call-ins, and equally good responses from Wade.
