I don't know why MMT would have paid the last dividend if they were not planning on paying this one unless they didn't want to give anymore bad news with all the other news that was going out at that time...
Maybe the bank is giving Wade a hard time... Maybe Wade is trying to convice the bank that production has stabilized atnd that the cashflow is there to pay the bank back while supporting the dividend. Maybe Wade is waiting to announce good news at the same time as announcing cutting the dividend for a few quarters.
Dividend or no dividend, once 2014 hits MMT should be producing 3x more than what they are now and SP will reflect that. If they are forced to hold off on the dividend for a few quarters, I will certainly be buying with the announcement.
