Don't inbox me.  We're not going to have that type of relationship.  Your private message is nonsense and your insults are childish.  Your private clarification is even worse than your original post. You state that the bank is looking at Mart's cash flow and that will "determine whether or not they allow Wade to pay the dividend that is ...overdue."  That's not how it works--the bank is not micromanaging the company.  It's a secured loan.  They don't get to sit on the board or tell Wade how to run the company.  The dividend may or may not be coming.   That eventuality has nothing to do with the loan.
