looks like they are getting squezzed by the banks as there is no more room on the credit facility..

Considering most of the debt is for the purchase of OML 18 and for initial development capex, and most of the rest is money owed to Mart by Midwestern, in reality it is just a number used by the bashers, or those who don't know what they are talking about. Mart was put in this financial position for a reason, and that reason is to force it into this sales process. That is why it will get done, no doubt whatsoever.
