TODAYS EVENTS Several poster pointed out that news could come any minute as per press release 

SHLINKER became irrate and said it will not be announced to Nov10th - clearly not what the press release says 

The timing of an update depends on the timing of the satisfaction of the Financing Condition. If it is satisfied before Nov 10 then the update can be issued before Nov 10.

SHLINKER become irrate when several posters comment on a potential second bid 
SHLINKER seems to be a shorter . Oh yes I forgot I work for a hedge fund also according to him
 Do to the length of their posting history on MMT it is safe to assume they are underwater or worse yet have the I took a loss blues
