I sincerely hope not as the last time he could have got 30 cents would have been Aug 17th and he stated he was holding his shares on the 14th and buying on the dip on the 18th. On Aug 27th he says Mart should be fine and only on Sept 1st does he announce a partial sale (not most). I dropped my subscription since so can't comment.
