RE:Deal Not ClosingSorry, just pissed off at this whole process. All the failed aquisitions previously, the extensions to the escrow funds, armed men entering oil facilities, African Government, market manipulation, and unknown corruption. 

If this deal fails, how do shareholders start a law-suit?
Such gambling this is...perhaps not my game in this risk adverse environment.
