RE:RE:WITHOUT PREJUDICEIt bothers me that the regulating bodies don't do anything for the shareholders.  ATK was an interesting gamble, and those shares have been haulted, and apparently delisted since.  Contacting the TSX-V was no help on the matter, and it doesn't help when the company phone was a dead connection.  

There's more risk on here than on the OTC
