A jail cell for these creatures is warrantedI am sorry to say that this would not be allowed in the US- there would be lawsuits flying. Never got my proxy, If management cared they would scrap this deal because it was formulated when Oil was in the 20's not near 40. This is a sad day for Canadian Regulators
