RE:This is an opportunity to increase the sale priceif another buyer has approached them already, is what I've been wondering.  Why else would you delay the sale if the money and approvals are in order.  

I hate waiting...  so much waiting with MMT.  Can't wait to erase these symbols from my portfolio
