Buyout - look at SGC
Buyout - look at SGC They are to be bought out by a Chinese state owned company in mid to late April. Just "pending approvals".
Good developed gold mine even if the deal falls through. There is a delay in getting paid a portion of the funds (the last 10%) for 6 monthe this after close and the wind down costs of the company are not 100% known. There is a usd currency risk as well as that is what the stock will be bough in. Trades at a nice discount to what they except to get though.
I think ink it will be a winner and I am a pretty conservative guy.
