Dividend policy

This statement leaves the door open for an increase as early as September.  The whole point of them instituting a dividend I believe is to get some respect from the market for the share price.  If 5 cents quarterly doesn't do it - up she goes!  (IMHO) :

Mart's Board of Directors has also adopted a dividend policy reflecting its intention to pay quarterly dividends of
.05 per common share commencing in September 2012. The payments of dividends in the future are dependent on Mart's cash flows, capital expenditure budgets, earnings, financial condition and other factors as the Board of Directors may consider appropriate from time to time.

We shall see swing :) I did listen to the AGM, and noticed Wade was able to answer every single question. Was very surprised how forward and advanced  preparations were for the shell pipeline. It was hard to hear the questions and wish the CO. produced a transcript of the presentation in its entirety. Your right. That was my read a s well from being at the meeting.  They (Wade)  came across as very pro pay the dividend. If motivation  was  the  only  factor, we would have had one much earlier.  If oil prices go back up, room for divy to grow.    But we see how much they have  going forward once the other  oil leases are sold (either   ...more
