Only problem with the Mount Everest action...

is the fact that now the dividend yield has fallen to 8% versus the 10% we were enjoying before. We must send a formal complaint to Wade and insists that he gives us back our 10% + yield !

 

Simply not allowed to take back givens !

Yep, that dividend is looking paltry. Time to double it.
