New to this stock, but something seems wrong here.  When the stock falls after 2nd quarter financial information is released, then either Mart Resources are not meeting sale agreement or Midwestern can not get financing and the deal is off for some reason. The 5.8 cdn million will either be paid or someone is trying to get out ot paying it.  Can anyone provide any information here.  This is either a screaming buy (which i doubt it) or something is wrong on the buyout horizon.  Cheers to all who are in this one.  I know two friends with large positions in this one.

I couldn't agree more. What suprise is in store for us bagholders. Share price reaction is telling us a buyout will not happen. So what now?  How possible is a buyout of .80 when we barely hold .29. That's close to 200% increase..

Maybe that’s exactly want the manipulators want us to think so they can gobble up shares and then wait for the deal to go through (having the knowledge that it will indeed happen). For every share sold, there was a buyer as well. That’s a lot of shares purchased today. Maybe I am just being cynical but then again, maybe not. This stock has been a nightmare for shareholders.
