As we are aware Delta is unable to obtain the bank financing and is searching for additional funds without using their own equity. The Chairman indicated that Delta is legit and he has worked with them before. The shareholders definitely don't know, and never have. Did anyone ask if the oil going through the Umugini pipeline has had the "losses" determined yet? Did anyone ask about the change to the pioneer tax status, that is going to cost Mart millions? Did anyone ask any tough questions at all?
