that there isn't a large amount of trading/buying considering shareholders are almost guaranteed .25 cents per share

Bought more shares today @ .215. I agree, this is a guarantee 25 cents stocks, and they are selling for less. Surprising !!!

I also picked some up at .215 .. wish I would have gotten some at .16 cents but of course the latest news release made me feel more comfortable. GL

Nice, excellent move. Guaranteed gain. How I wish I have more funds to take out all the 22 cents bid ask.
