bet someone has been selling on every lead up to each new date
2 more weeks to unload before they annouce that San Leon can not secure the funds anymore
that there has been complicatons ...better plays for sure
lots of posts yesterday saying easy money

On 2 March 2016 the Company announced that it had secured funds to enable the transaction to complete (subject to necessary approvals). Today’s extension is required to allow sufficient time to complete the administrative tasks associated with the transfer of those funds.

That same March 2nd press release said the funds would be in Calgary by 5pm yesterday. I think it might be worth the gamble to sell short some shares at $.20 if I can. It is pretty clear that San Leon can't get the money - I mean they even said they HAD the money and that it WOULD be deposited by yesterday. Clearly somebody is not playing straight on this deal. Easy money is never that easy.
