Conversation with Dimitri

He was easy to get ahold of, I asked him how things were going and he said of course he can't disclose anything material. He said that San Leon was very confident with their financing. He said he wasnt allowed to give details of who the lenders are. I asked him if he was staying on board with the company post merger and he said no.
