In case the deal falls through....

Please contact me directly for Class Action Suit against the party that states 'funding could not be secured". The basis around seeing whether or not Mart shareholders agree to the deal, then not coming up with the financing is illegal. It would be very simple to see if shareholder agree at the deemed price of 0.25/share cash consideration, then turn around and state the deal could not be completed. 

We shareholders must join together should this be the case. I will contact a securities lawyer, and please, all, contact me through this site. I do have a friend in securities law in Toronto, i will seek advice prior to anyone commiting time or energy to any case.

If the deal goes through, ill hand it to the various boards/CEO's involved.  But we should be prepared regardless.

Thanks for post Shlinker. I totally agree with you if they release report that deal will not go through beause they cannot secure financing. Based from SLE NR dated Mar 2, 2016, they reported that the funding is secured. https://www.sanleonenergy.com/media-centre/news-releases/2016/march/2/funding-secured-for-mart-arrangement-agreement.aspx They will be in big trouble if they later reported
