Thanks for that FrankoL.  Makes sense, but a takeover or take out, both could lead to, or result in the same outcome.  i. e. Some lost jobs etc., or lesser autonomy for the Que government.  In the grand scheme of things, we are a global economy, so if a foreign company wants to pony up the cash and buy...then let them.....remember the Aussies bid for Potash, but the Sask premier through up a "wall'
