I'm surprised the Betrand's Actually Sold Their Baby!

I invested in megabrand way back in 2009 and sold all 1644 of my shares at 2.75 times the profit (it was trading around .50 when i picked up shares) and didn't hold anything since,however, I would like to thank the company for all its hard work, but with this being said I'm surprised the Betrands are letting go of their family business! Investors were looking for a buyout back when i held shares prior the recapitalization and it looks like it has happened, perhaps not at the price point as some would have hoped for. But it looks like a little piece of Canadian toy history is going south to Mattel! good luck to everyone here and thank you to the Betrand's once again, my investment from over here has allowed me to successfully leverage in my other holdings but this is the one that kick started it all for me and I am extremely grateful!
