This beautiful RP6012 bucking unit is a rugged, self-contained continuously rotating unit designed to accurately make up or break out the threaded connections on tubular components, such as drilling tools, casing, tubing, and similar components, without damaging threads. It offers a maximum torque of 50,000 ft.lbs. (67,791 N*m) and covers the Pipe Size OD range from 2-3/8" to 12-1/4" (51 to 305 mm)
This bucking unit is user-friendly and can be safely and efficiently operated by one person, with simple and minimal maintenance. The CLINCHER® RP6012 is custom-manufactured to meet customer needs, and includes a hydraulic power unit and choice of length of skid.
