RE:Reminder: vote your sharesYes, I agree, it will pass because so many shares are owned by ETFs and institutions that just blindly vote with whatever management wants, and feel ok about doing so because they have "fairness opinions" management provided them. 

They don't have time to look at individual companies that closely and get involved.

Voted no, but it will make no diff.  I have 72680 shares.
