That financing &Rare Earth Prices the annual cost of that debt is significant! It is also interesting to look at Dacha's reports on asset values as they parallel the experience in NEM revenues as we see the RE prices (as used in the dacha valuations) coming down significantly. No wonder MCP has seen such price declines...more costs and lower unit revenues. I sold NEM but keep watching MCP to determine a good entry. As I see it that price is way below even where we are today, say $13...exacerbated by all the global slower growth/no growth scenarios.
