I am not sure were do you get your numbers, have a look at the last balance sheet mate.

Please do not confuse debt with capital received by issue of shares. Another point is diluition, the very fact that the company prefers to rise money via obbligation rather than issuing of shares is to limit diluition...and again the last 10mil shares issued at $10 is not diluition. I am not of the opinion that MCP will be at $30 by mid 2013 and can see more down side on the sp expecially after the late announcment of China to increase REE export quoteas, agree that this is a risky stock and very volitile, but there are also many pluss going for MCP.

You are talking of MCP like a company on the last leg of its trading days, oberrated by massive debt (get your numbers right) if debt intrest can be covered by healty margins or lower cost with an expanding productions I don't see the problem. As mentioned before what is moving MCP sp is more REE prices than anything else.
