For whom?!

The rumour from days ago was they needed MORE money to finish Mountain Pass and I presume they were having diffficulties...a take-out will be the one way this might appreciate but what price? And does one want to wait on that type of spec?  Or even wait for prices to go up. If it went to $6/7 range wud be better spec IMO
