60% REE recoveries at Mountain Pass Thats what they got over the history of the previous mining. REEs are fine grained. Tailings discharge permits are for zero contaiminants. Like Lynus in Malaysia. These standards are impossible to attain no matter what the promoters say Debt holders will be burned while common shareholders get nothing. a big setback for the REE buisness
