NioCorp (Nb.V) new CEO is Mark Smith (Molycorp's Former)

NioCorp's Elk Creek was a former Molycorp asset in the 80's
It is good to see Mark come full cirlce and run Niocorp.
I dont think Niocorp will be 16 cents for long, given the $25 billion in the ground and Mark Smith leading the company.
