Novavax financing!

There was much discussion on this board concerning the timing of MDG's latest financing. Some thought waiting for successful trial results might have brought different options into play and dilution could have been avoided. I agreed w/ those sentiments. Well, I'm certain Novavax explored all their options to raise $$$ and ended up offering 6.8 mil shrs @ $3.30 per. That is significant discounting and the market reacted as expected yesterday. NOVX was at $4.00 a week ago. Considering how difficult financing has become, I'm beginning to think our deal was not all that bad!
