a few idiotsFor the past three trading days in spite of positive opening, a few idiots sold a meagre number of shares shortly after to drive the price down. I am yet to understand their purpose. For example, today MDG was at
.52 but was rapidly brought down to
.49 on few shares traded.
On another subject, I am surprised, that no efforts are being made in Quebec to promote the stock. Quebecers are rather proud and “patriotic”. They have a strong tendency to buy shares from Quebec home growth companies. Checking, the Quebec press, it is easy to see that no efforts are being made to promote MDG at the provincial level. A few friends of mine who are medical doctors in the belle province and who are avid investors never heard of Medicago until I mentioned it to them.
Since switching to the Toronto exchange, the volume of shares traded on a daily basis has dropped significantly; the opposite was expected. With a relatively small float in the hands of private investors, this stock should be much more active. I certainly hope the upcoming application for Phase 2 and the actual starting of Phase 2 will wake up a few potential investors and will have a very positive impact on shares of our favourite company.
