I would ask you to still go on behalf of us other frustrated beyond all reason, small retail investors that, cannot understand how  the mgmt. could so completly Cluster-Fudge this issue!
Don't cool off, go in spitting pi$$ and vinegar, but in a polite way, like a parent dealing with a petulant child who has done something really, really  stupid.
The police have a term, "Quo Bono" [pardon my spelling], that means, "Who Profits?", when a crime is discovered.
Some one made a tidy profit here, follow the money, then you find your thief.
