Beenthere, I can answer that. After 30 days or so, with the fall media pandemic season ~ real or imagined ~ upon us combined with the MDG's "we are the solution" news releases generating heat on this stock,  (all true and good stuff btw) newbies/fast money will jump on board and drive the SP to the mid 40s or so, not realizing all the easy paper previously issued that will create a flood of insiders selling to cash in on a bit of profit and bring it, the SP, all back down for awhile. It'll be a grind till late fall or spring when all this paper is worked through and consolidated.
Hopeful it's sooner cause I'm in for the long haul. Pharma stocks are LT slow moving investments, kinda like the "Slow Food" movement in the investment world. Though dessert is coming...
