Dumb and dumber

Dumb and dumberWow! Phase 2 is officially announced. Exactly as I predicted: investors did not digest the last modification to the PP by Management. I do not expect any major stock movement at least   until  the 
.43 warrants expire on November 26th.. One more lost opportunity.
