Even if everyone (retail) voted against it it would still get pushed through. Plus alot of retail are too lazy to take the time to vote. When that happens their proxy goes with the motion so PM would have even more votes.There will be no stopping it.

Paladin made an offer for them for 28.57 cents per share.
A great offer? 57.4% more than it 's average price that it has been trading at for the last thirty days!

DDS has 27 million in the bank or about 38 cents in cash!!
SO Paladin gets the company for FREE plus about 10 cents in cash!
Talk about getting screwed. Management has said the offer is a good one??
I wonder what they are getting paid under the table.
Unless someone wants to make a counter offer we don't stand a chance.
