Ricky, Excuse me, what are you talking about!!
If PMI become the "sole owner "  of MDG there would be no shares to trade or go up
MDG would be part of PMI.
PMI would make their money from owning the business.
And of course their own shares should increase in value because of MDG.

I guess you could  always invest the money you receive from your MDG shares and buy PMI shares.
