when I look around thats not what I see today,take a look around you, things have changed!
The good news out today should result in a big jump in share price if speculation is alive and well as you suggest, I do not expect any major action until sales or potential sales of product begin (i.e. an outbreak of an H5N1 or other virus).
 Signing or ratifying agreements for additional manufacturing facilities would also count as sales.
all IMHO.
