long road ahead - bloated share float
long road ahead - bloated share floatnot impressed.
watching that video the other day was a negative for me, hearing the puzzled woman / host, at the end of the presentation asking why MDG invested in a facility so soon, stating that her company, even though they managed to go all the way to phase 3 trial, they still failed. i.e. the risks are large and many hurdles for MDG yet.
The response was something along the lines that MDG needed a facility for their vaccine testing and is looking at other products they possibly could manufacture to help while going through the various vaccine testing phases.
This will be dead money until at least the second half of the PP closes, and even then, likely no impressive revenue until much much later than I had hoped, possibly in 2012 as has been stated, but I'm not holding my breath.
The continued high MDG burn rate andlikelihood of more ongoing PP's to accommodate long testing cycles and capital expenditures, with anow very large share float and good chance it will be swallowed up for cheap, means this is not as comfortable a bet as it oncewas.
I've taken some profits and lightened my investment here over the last weeks.
good luck to us all ...
