This is such an underfollowed story!
PM.NYSE owns 40% of the shares and if memory serves they have elected to maintain that 40% interest in each financing over the past couple of years...so don't let the number of shares out fool you...
.87 puts MDG at a 5 year high...and chances are we see a fairly quick push over $1.00 as there was very little volume prior to 2008 so there should really be no resistance if it can clear .87 on a close.
Love this company - so much potential!
