Locking the financing deal at this stage does not dilute the value proposition for this company -some people may see it that way but I dont. Thought it is strategic move at all. It even reinforces their position that moving forward with pending Phase 1 approval they will need financing to push toward commercial.  With $9M cash on hand that probably is not enough simply looking

If they are confident on successful results of human trials, why would they do PP now? Wouldn't it make more sense to wait a month when SP is higher when the results are announced? Call me a basher, but with supporting arguements. Thx.

They need significant money to move their H1N1 vaccine into human trials. I for one would like to see them fast track this if they can. They are PHDs and I think the market is very secondary to them. They won't even spend the money to webcast their presentations. Getting a fund to support them and look after the promotional side will be to our benifit.
