The value of MDG's VLP technology

If the results confirm MDG's VLP technology to produce superior responses when compared to the rest and we combine this with the knowledge that this technology is the fastest and most cost effective to ramp up flu vaccine production capacity that message will be recognized by the investment comunity and by big pharma all over the world. 

MDG is definitely on the radar. As such our shareholder value must rise accordingly. I suspect MDG will have to seek professional guidance in order to deal with any take over matters to ensure the best possible deals are made and the companies intelectual property (the brains) are allowed to advance the technology for new applications.

Fairchij or anyone - This question might be a bit premature but w/ all the mention of take-over, etc. has MDG given any indication that a "Shareholder Rights Plan" might be initiated?

Fairchij or anyone - I agree that it is a good question about a "Shareholders Right sPlan".Also in addition to the multi-billion dollar vaccine potential...what other "new applications" of the MDG technology do you see. Is it things like theproduction of low cost enzymes for the producion of bio-fuels? Any others come to mind?

Seek development opportunities outside of influenza.We plan to grow our infrastructure and overall capacity allowing us to develop and manufacture potential products through later development and commercial stages. We also believe that our technologies may be suitable for applications beyond the biopharmaceutical market. Patents of most current biological drugs are expiring in the next ten years
