Buyer Beware

The erratic and contrary pattern of trading history here, initiates the fear that someone / something will take the company out at an unreasonably low price, while still finding a way to line the pockets of insiders!  Certainly the history here gives support to this concern.

One of the best stories in the market and yet this stock has managed to repeatedly betray retail holders.

All I can say is, Buyer Beware!

I doubt the board would recommand an unreasonable low offer. Given what's going for MDG, even an average person can project and compare the return.A competitor suppression theory is weak. I could see an accumulation is occuring, but doesn't seem clear...

For the record. I continue to buy shares...The technology this company owns is very solid and will have global penetration in a growing market. The share price is completely out of line with the true value and I see this is a very rare opportunity to gain a large position.

  Attention all scientists. A question: Has MDG the facilities and abilities to work on the antibiotics for the superbugs that are beginning to hit North America? Just read on the internet that we in Canada are beginning to experience what India has been going through for some time now.

Technically, this is not impossible. A vaccine must elicit a complete immune response (this process needs antigen presentation to antibody-producing cells). This is done through close contact between dendritic cells or macrophages and B lymphocytes. Dendritic cells and macrophages are not responsible for immune memory, B and T lymphocytes are.
