Why I'm excited about MDG

I was only too happy to ride the ID Biomedical wave all the way to Glaxo buyout. ID Biomedical did very well in the vaccine world. Glaxo bought them out for....hmm somewhere between $35-39 share. Was a while ago.

MDG now has a healthy sprinkling of ID Biomedical talent on the board. Whenever I see talent like that, I know there has to be something in it. You watch, Sanofi will be sniffing soon. After all this DD, I am still no further ahead on where to put my $$ this time. Novavax looks like there VLP technology is going somewhere, on to phase IIa. MDG is laging behind. But sleeping giants can take there time. I like Canadian biotechs. They have the smarts, just shitty government support. Novavax in Maryland has lots of science behind them too. Big trial in Mexico looked good. Both companies have there pluses. Can someone who really knows the science please provide a helpful comparison.

As you all know, vaccine's can get fast tracked by FDA if they are deemed to be worthy of the *attention*. Sadly, it takes nasty WHO action to get the ball rolling, as in another influenza outbreak. And as an FYI to all those who foolishly don't know, the USA is a HUGE vaccine market, and the gov't is PARANOID so they buy millions of vaccine's.

All the pump and dump and concern over warrants, news releases etc... stupidity. Focus. If the product is good, VLP is proven, you have a MASSIVE game changer. So don't sweat this or next year. It takes many years to get a vaccine to market. You have to overcome big pharma's ownership of the egg world, and not wanting to give up there piece of the pie.

BTW, I haven't been on this bullboard for at least 10 years. Nice to see it's still here. Truckload of adds though. Nice to see they've gone big time commercial ;D
