You might consider writing to the CEO Mr. David Tawil;  [e-mail]   About 6 months I did write to him and I called him and during our conversation he mentioned that they were working hard to resolve some of the issues.    Remember Maglan has about 300 million shares so between Mr. Tawil, Mr. Azarbad and Maglan they are hurting considerably.   They

They definatly have skin in the game. It is distressing to see them giving up assets left and right because they can't fund the commitments to keep them. Hopefully with oil higher they can get potential partners to take their calls.

I dont think they have much left.  They should have some cash but in reading the release they still have liabilities for stock options (recently given) and the Pendafal lawsuits  (spelling may be incorrect)
